Love this book, and feeling so Inspired! The quality of the book is super great, and there are hundreds of tricks, spins, and poses here for me to try!

Heel veel leuke duomoves, inclusief duo groundshapes/acroyoga en duo conditioning. Het enige wat ik mis zijn de namen van de moves (zou het opzoeken van tutorials makkelijker maken)

Some great ideas to work towards, some seem easily achievab

Very complete with also acroyoga figures

I expect a bit more from a "bible" but still ok.
Quality of the book isn't the best. You have to turn the pages really carefully otherwise you rip it of.
