These leggings work great for grip but even though I am a US medium

These leggings work great for grip but even though I am a US medium, the medium fit small andit gave me a very unflattering muffing top. Had to return.

In order to be effective, the grippy leggings must fit very tightly in order to grip on the pole and not slip on the leg. It may be worth checking your measurements against the size chart to see if a size up would be more suitable, but I just wanted to let you know that the fit for these should be very tight!

I ordered an XL and it doesn’t fit, seems more like a medium size than a larger size.

The fit was awful on me so I had to return. I ordered the correct recommended size but they do not accommodate curves at all. There is absolutely no give in the material, so whilst I could get them up and on, but as soon as I moved they just come far too low on my backside, leaving everything on show. There is no way any other size would fit my shape.

As for quality, they felt thick and expensive, I imagine they are very warm to train in, which would be good if you are in a cold studio/outdoors.

Personally I would not recommend and I have personally gone for another brand (unfortunately more expensive), but they are a 1000 times better in my opinion.

Definitely like a second skin, I wear a 14, and they’re a squeeze but I’d expect that considering they’re meant to be like skin

Its are tight on the thigh and loose at the waist, but these work great, you stay completely glued to pole.
