In light of the Corona Virus pandemic, we’d like to say that firstly our thoughts are with you during this incredibly difficult time. The pole community is at the heart of everything we do and we are in this together. As one we are strong, motivated and powerful. We know that studios have had to temporarily close and many others have been financially affected so far. If you can continue to support your studio by buying online classes and privates, we urge you to get involved so as normality can resume as quickly as possible when business’ can reopen. If you are unable to to pay for classes you can still support your studio by engaging with them on social media by liking, commenting and sharing posts.
We’re running business (almost) as usual. Where possible our team is working from home and our warehouse team will be running in shifts of 2 at a time so as social distancing rules are adhered to along with ensuring frequent hand washing and wiping down of devices and work spaces. The wellbeing and safety of our staff is a priority and we are going over and above government guidelines at our warehouse to ensure this. The situation is incredibly fluid and should we have to close we will update all information both here and via email.
Your delivery should not be delayed, but if it is we ask you for your patience at this time. Our customer services team can help you with any enquiry you may have. Make sure you are not ordering a delivery to a closed business address or any pick up shop and update your account details to be where you are on a day to day basis. Delivery couriers are operating contactless deliveries so you will not have to sign for a parcel.
