When your order leaves our warehouse on its journey to you, we’ll send you a dispatch notification email – so keep an eye on your inbox!

Shipping Options:

Royal Mail International - From £7.50 (Calculated based on parcel weight)

  • Delivery aim: 3-10 business days 
  • Full end-to-end tracking 
  • Max parcel weight = 2kg

Fedex International Connect Plus - From £17.80 (Calculated based on parcel weight)

  • Delivery Aim: 3-8 business days (typically within 5 business days)
  • Full end to end tracking
  • Please note that Fedex cannot deliver to PO boxes

UPS World Wide Saver - From £18.65 (Calculated based on parcel weight)

  • Delivery Aim: 1-5 business days (typically within 3 business days)
  • Full end to end tracking
  • Please note that UPS cannot delivery to PO boxes

    DHL Express - From £19.70 (Calculated based on parcel weight)

    • Delivery aim: 3 business days 
    • Full end-to-end tracking with regular SMS and email updates 
    • On Demand delivery - customise your delivery to meet your preferences 
    • Please note that DHL cannot delivery to PO boxes or military bases

    Dispatch Information:

    • The cut-off for same day dispatch is 2pm GMT. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
    • Orders placed on Friday after 2pm GMT will be dispatched on Monday. 

    Please ensure your delivery address is correct before submitting your order. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, orders shipped with DPD Classic will be return to us and you will be invoiced for the reshipment fee. Orders shipped with DHL will incur a £7.00 "Change of Address" fee and this will delay your delivery.

    Public Holidays
    We are unable to deliver on public holidays, any orders placed on a UK public holiday will be dispatched the following working day.

    Customs Information 
    Please note, before placing an order it is the customer's responsibility to check that any products ordered from www.polejunkie.co.uk comply with state and federal government import regulations. For orders over CAD $20, duties of up to 18% and import taxes plus a $15 admin fee may be payable and are the responsibility of the customer. In reality we find that Canadian Customs charge duty on less than 5% of orders.
