Not true to size. Ordered by foot length first and got a US 5 which was one size too small. Ordered next size up US 6 and the shoes fit. LOVE. I am normally a US size 7.5 so the US 6 fitting is super weird and confusing. Now that I know my hella heel size not a big deal. It’s going to cost twice what the first pair of shoes are worth to return to UK from US so I’m hoping to sell on Poshmark. Wish pole junkie had better return option from US. If you want these size down from US natural size but size up from foot measurement haha.

The shoes are on the smaller size, so take a size up if you're between sizes. The toe opening is small which means no extra peaking - I really like it.
