Spin City The Ultimate Pole Bible (6th Edition)

I’ve bought many books to help but this was by far the BEST to help me develop more skill sets! HIGHLY RECOMMEND

Love this book, the binding makes it really easy to use

Great item to have for poling

Very useful if you lack of inspiration during your practice.
The binding makes it easy to use.

easy transaction - fast delivery

I don’t have my order

Love it, ideas for variations and new shapes, as a teacher it is quite helpful : )

Love this book
Great to have a guide on what level you’re at and
Has all the moves
A little disappointed it was ring binded as I was worried I was going to rip the pages but the pages are actually quite study 😃

good inspiration source

Love this book- tricks/ shapes are grouped ( e.g. superman family) and rated for level. Since I always mix up names it’s a very useful reference book for me - you get some pictures that show you how to get into a figure - if still unsure, you got the name to search for a tutorial ( or can show it to your pole teacher). I very much enjoy simply browsing for inspiration, too

Exactly what I was expecting.

Hardcover, ring bound and paper is thick! Great quality. This will be so helpful and keeping track of what I can do. It’s expensive but worth it! Pictures are clear and easy to understand. Love the the little checkboxes to check off once mastered !
