For me this is the best grip aid for dry skin. Only need a little bit. I use my knuckles to put it on, not my fingers, because it’s too sticky for fingers that I won’t be able to spin around the pole.

Really nice and sticky, I love this grip aid for spin pole, often too sticky for static so it's good to have a couple different ones

It is good quality product, but too sticky if you’re more into pole dance/exotic flow! You should put only a tiny bit on.. also takes time to wash off your body, need to lather with bodywash & rinse a few times.
