- The cut-off for same day dispatch is 2pm GMT. Any orders placed after this time will be dispatched the next working day.
- Orders are dispatched Monday - Friday. Orders placed on Friday after 2pm GMT will be dispatched on Monday.
Please ensure your delivery address is correct before processing your order. If your address is incorrect or incomplete, orders shipped with DPD Classic will be return to us and you will be invoiced for the reshipment fee. Orders shipped with DHL will incur a £7.00 "Change of Address" fee and this will delay your delivery. Your address information is shared automatically with your selected courier to remove any possibility of human error at our end.
We are unable to deliver on public holidays, any orders placed on a UK public holiday will be dispatched the following working day.
