Due to very high order volumes during our Black Week sale our team is not able to cancel, amend or combine orders. This includes making changes to your shipping address. You can cancel your order yourself within 1 hour of placing it by logging into your account and clicking on 'my account'.

Adding an item to your cart, unfortunately, does not reserve the stock for your final checkout. Please triple check your order before finalising.

Gift cards will be available to purchase during the PJ Black Week Sale, however, they will not be offered at a discounted rate.

If an item you've ordered goes out of stock, the item will be refunded and any remaining items will be dispatched. As always, we'll let you know of any new changes to your order by email. Please note that refunds can take between 5-7 business days to arrive in your account.
